Next day delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 5pm. Orders placed at times outside these will be delivered on the next working weekday (excluding Bank Holidays). Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands can be 2-day service with the exception of some central Belfast postcodes.

No goods can be accepted for return without prior agreement. All goods for return must be returned within 15 working days. Any goods returned must be in original unmarked condition and packaging. Packaging that has been defaced, written on, damaged or marked in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items ordered specially on your behalf that do not appear in our catalogue are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Goods must be returned at the customers expense and may be subject to a 25% handling charge.
